Tuesdays in July All youth and adults who play or want to play golf: Each Tuesday during July the Sand Creek Station has a special. You can play 9 holes and a cart for $10.00/per person. If possible report by 5:15 p.m., if you will come later call Virgil Penner at 316-842-6738. This is a great opportunity for beginners to play along with a team of four.
July 21 - Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. Anyone interested in providing input about Wednesday night programming, curriculum and schedule are welcome to come to a meeting on July 21 to discuss the upcoming year. If you have any questions, contact Curt Regehr, Ashley Enns or Debbie Claassen.
Sunday, August 8 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. All church swimming party at the Newton Public Pool. Everyone is welcome!
Sunday, August 29 Back-to-School Celebration during the Sunday School Hour. We will again be assembling MCC School Kits. A reminder to collect school supplies: MCC School Kits: (NEW items only): 4 spiral or perforated notebooks (70 sheets), 4 unsharpened pencils, 1 ruler (flat, flexible plastic, indicating both 30 cm and 12 inches), 12 colored pencils (in packaging), 1 large pencil eraser.

Wednesday, July 28: Pool Party at Tim and Lisa Harms' starting at 6:30 p.m. Appetizers and snacks will be provided. We will go over the final details for the upcoming Kansas City service trip this evening.
July 30-August 2: Service trip to Kansas City
August 7-8: Trip to Marion Reservoir. This will be a time to welcome incoming freshman and say good-bye to the graduating seniors.
